Speed is directly proportionate to the cost of the vehicle. Higher the cost … higher the speed.

Thank God for the traffic conditions in India that doesn’t allow the owner to drive at the highest speed the vehicle allows them to…the common man in India is not designed to handle such speed limits (remember those who climb up the railing to cross a road instead of taking the subway??)

      it’s just an observation while traveling in an office cab, which usualy is above the average speed (this is what cabs are infamous for)…and yeah..newspapers always help confirming the observation.
